Yes. 100% mulberry silk, long-staple.

What size is the pillowcase?
48 × 74 cm. This case is narrower than the most common Dutch (60 × 70 cm) and Belgian (60 × 60 cm) pillows, so please measure yours before ordering.

Care

How do I wash the silk pillowcase?
Hand-wash cold with a mild silk detergent (Eucalan or similar) or use a gentle machine cycle inside a mesh wash bag. Dry flat away from direct sunlight. Iron on the silk setting only if needed. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

How do I care for the sleep mask?
Treat it like the pillowcase: hand-wash cold with a mild silk detergent and dry flat, away from direct sunlight.

Where do you ship?
Netherlands and Belgium at launch. Other EU markets follow. Join the newsletter to hear when we open your country.

How much is shipping?
Free on orders of €75 and over. €4.95 flat rate below that.

How long does delivery take?
Usually 8 to 18 business days. Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Why does my tracking show no movement yet?
You receive the tracking link as soon as your parcel is registered with the carrier. The first scans usually appear a few days later, once it leaves the warehouse, and the local carrier is added when the parcel reaches your country. If there is still nothing after 10 days, write to us and we will chase it.

Can I return the bundle?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at the moment. We would rather add it once we can do it properly than promise it now.

What payment methods do you accept?
Bancontact (BE), Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Klarna (pay in 3, no interest).

Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes. All prices shown include 21% VAT.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payment data is processed by Shopify Payments (PCI-DSS Level 1) or the payment provider directly. ZOVERE never sees or stores card numbers.

Details on our supplier and their certifications are currently being verified. We'll publish specifics once confirmed.

Do you make a men's product line?
The ZOVERE Ritual is designed for anyone. Nothing about the products is gendered.
