Returns — 30 days

You have 30 days from the day you receive your ZOVERE order to return it, for any reason. This includes your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU).

To return

  1. Write to hello@zovere.co within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us the order number and which items you're returning.
  2. We'll reply with our return address in Slovenia. Pack the items in the original box (or a sturdy alternative) and send the parcel at your own cost — we recommend a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.
  3. We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you have sent it).

Items must be

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With original tags attached

Sleep mask — hygiene note

Because the sleep mask rests directly on the face, we ask that you return it only if unopened and in sealed packaging.

Damaged or defective on arrival

Write to hello@zovere.co as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours — with a photo. We'll replace or refund with no return needed.

Two-year legal guarantee

Beyond the 30-day return window, ZOVERE products carry the EU legal guarantee of conformity — two years from delivery. If a product develops a fault under normal use, write to us. We'll repair, replace, or refund depending on the case.
